How do I get custom Props?

How much does customizing my props cost?

For all custom made products prices are adapted. So if you want Diamonds on your props, of course the price goes crazy up.
How is my Order shipped?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (except Holidays). Europe: by mail International: well find a way
What Countries you mail to?

The workshop is located in Austria. So thats covered. Also the whole EU Region. If your are really far away, please contact voglfabrik@gmail.com and we´ll find a way to get your order to you.
How long will my Order take?

Once your payment is confirmed, your Order goes into mail. Usually it takes 2-4 workdays for your Delivery. (Austria) If you are further away it can take a bit more time. As soon as your order is on the way you´ll receive a confirmation with a code to track your ordering
How can I pay my Order?

Payment in Advance To pay in advance, you will receive a Order confirmation with all the Information and Price. Once your payment is in our account, we send your Order to your address.
Whats your Return Policy?

All Items ordered can be returned within 14 Days after receiving. If you´re not happy and wish to return your order please send a mail to voglfabrik@gmail com. Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns. So all the products that have more customization than you can choose from the store are considered Custom products.
What happens to my personal informations?

Informations will never be shared with any third party. Who is a third party? Well the first party is Ätwas Anderes, the second party is you. So a third party is anyone other than Ätwas Anderes or you. And, you know, they probably have enough already.
